Nothing less than taking on a pivotal role in revolutionizing the Marketing landscape for our SaaS Climate Intelligence Platform. You are passionate about climate and eager to make a real impact? Look no further – we're seeking a dynamic Generalist with a proven track record in Marketing & Lead Generation to bring our mission of empowering companies to accelerate Scope 3 decarbonization through informed climate choices forward!
What you will be responsible for
- Be at the forefront of our climate journey, working directly with our founders to shape and execute transformative B2B Marketing strategies.
- Develop growth-focused marketing initiatives that push boundaries and drive results.
- Own lead-generation and nurturing channels across various platforms, from webinar to social media.
- Elevate our brand visibility within our target audience of procurement and sustainability experts through our Climate Transformation Summit, PR, and more.
- Represent The Climate Choice at conferences, in webinars, and other channels, sharing our story with the world.
- Drive the design excellence for our brand, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
- Produce compelling content that resonates with our audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and sales materials.
Your Profile
- Proven expertise with around 5 years of experience driving growth across various channels and revenue-impacting marketing initiatives in a fast-moving B2B environment (preferably software/tech).
- Diverse skills set to manage and achieve goals with a strong commercial drive, understanding the business impact of marketing strategies and initiatives.
- A very strong "can-do" attitude and self-management, driving initiatives forward with determination and efficiency.
- Fascination with maintaining brand growth and communication consistency, ensuring our message resonates across all touchpoints.
- A thirst for self-development and growth, continuously seeking to expand your skills and knowledge in the dynamic field of Marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in German and English, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives.
- A client-centric approach to your work, prioritizing the needs and goals of our customers.
