At THE CLIMATE CHOICE, we are enabling companies in all industries to drastically reduce their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions through data-driven decision-making. Our SaaS platform makes climate data in the supply chain accessible and thus enables transparency and improved cooperation between customers and suppliers.
Our mission is to drive down GHG emissions by at least 50% in supply chains across all industries by 2030. We founded the company in April 2020 to deliver the largest critical impact on climate change for businesses using software and data.

Your qualifications & qualities
- You are passionate about decarbonization methods and have expert knowledge of climate related corporate reporting frameworks and directives. It is a big plus if you have experience in calculating Corporate and Product Carbon Footprints.
- You are confident in talking to top leadership and sustainability experts of enterprise companies and convince through a professional and friendly tone.
- You have a solid grasp of how modern software works and it would be a big plus if you are experienced in working directly with software development teams.
- You stand out by your quantitative knowledge and analytical mindset.
- You have been leading a small team before (ideally) and are familiar with the challenges and responsibilities of leading by example and empowering your team to reach their full potential.
- You have excellent communication skills in English, including evidence of a strong writing ability. Additional German language skills are a plus.
- You are a team player, feel comfortable in multidisciplinary projects and are open-minded and non-judgemental, as we seek to help companies from all backgrounds to genuinely change.
